"The Big Bang"
People say that the big bang theory consists of this: the universe originated a rough estimate of 15 billion years ago. It is believed by some that everything consisted of a small volume of matter at an extremely high density, which then exploded. The matter then condensed to form atoms, elements, and much later on, galaxies and stars.
I'm actually not going to argue with any of this, since there HAS been a fair amount of scientific evidence toward proving this theory plausible. I'm actually not even trying to disprove the possibility that the big bang did in fact occur. I'm sure it might've... In conjunction with God, that is.
Most people who support the idea of the big bang theory are atheists just trying to disprove God by saying we didn't need a God to start this world. What these people aren't thinking about, though, is that the big bang couldn't have occurred without something to have created it. It's true that some mass at high density may have exploded making what we call the earth and everything else, BUT, what created the mass? I'm sure it didn't just "appear". I know for sure that I haven't ever seen giant masses just appear anytime, and I don't think the scientists have seen it yet, either.
Yes, God created the world, but we don't know the exact details. None of us were actually there, right? For all we know, He may have actually created the universe by having some amount of volume and matter at a high density explode. It actually says in the bible (NAB) Genesis 1:1-2, "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth, the earth was a formless wasteland, and darkness covered the abyss, while a mighty wind swept over the waters." It simply starts by saying that the earth was there. It didn't say how it got there.
The big bang theory could theoretically explain many of the things in the universe, but there are still some things that are not explainable from a theological point of view. Genesis 1:14-16, "Then God said : 'Let there be lights in the dome of the sky, to separate day from night. Let them mark the fixed times, the days and the years, and serve as luminaries in the dome of the sky, to shed light upon the earth. God made the two great lights, the greater one to govern the day, and the lesser one to govern the night; and he made the stars."
One thing I wonder about those who believe not in God but just some explosion and "BOOM!" we're alive is, how can they possibly believe this? We were given life by our Lord because He loved us enough to give it to us. Did some random explosion that couldn't have created us anyway also have loved us, something it was incapable of creating? Oh wait, I forgot, explosions can't love! Silly me.
Now we shall go back to that bit where I said explosions couldn't have created us. Even if EVERYTHING else in the universe was explainable by some explosion in this black abyss, it couldn't have spouted out living, breathing humans. It could not have spit out egg and sperm to meet with all the other things that came from the explosion. The likelihood of that is.. Well, there is none. Other than that, the only possibility is actually hand crafting the human. Genesis 1:27, "God created man in His image, in the divine image He created him; male and female He created them." Man was hand-crafted. God molded these beings himself. Tell me how science could explain this big bang doing that.
Here's another question you might ask yourself: why does everything make sense? Have you ever noticed that everything in science fits together perfectly? Red and blue always make purple, etc.
It's actually kinda like a Rube Goldberg device, life is. Doing a certain thing will have a certain outcome, but you have to plan it that way to get it just right; to make sure it all fits together. That means, that everything in life, the universe, had to be thought out very carefully. Who else other than He who we call God could have come up with this grand plan? Could it really be just one big coincidence that everything works together perfectly and it's all in just the right spot? Tell me; if you dump out a box of puzzle pieces onto the floor 100 times, how many of those times are they gonna fall perfectly into place to reveal the image? The same goes for this. For our stars, our moon, our galaxy, and all the other things out there. There is NO way that one explosion would have everything fit together this well unless someone specifically positioned things just right so that they would fall into place.
Speaking of fitting together, dontcha just love how everything in the human body has a purpose and how each piece works together to keep you alive and well? Well where in my body is my soul located? Everything has to fit together, right? Everything scientific, that is. A soul is not something scientific, you see. Science has no mysteries. There may be things in science that are unsolved, but that means that they are, in fact, solvable. The human soul is not something you could solve or ever figure out how it came to be. It is not visible, detectable, recognizable, physical, or explainable. It just... is.
No scientific study could explain how the soul came to be or how we have emotions. Sure, if you ask a scientist or a doctor, they might tell you that the frontal lobe in your brain controls your emotions. That's only true to an extent. The frontal lobe is indeed where emotions are dealt with. It controls how you feel about these emotions, and how you react to them; it doesn't cause those emotions to exist. That goes back to the soul. Remember that? The invisible, undetectable, unrecognizable, non-physical, unexplainable thing we touched on a bit earlier? Let's move on.
Genesis 1:28-30, "God blessed them saying: 'Be fertile and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it. Have domination over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and all living things that move on the earth.' God also said: 'See, I give you every seed-bearing plant all over the earth and every tree that has seed-bearing fruit on it to be your food; and to all the animals of the land, all the birds of the air, and all the living creatures that crawl on the ground, I give all the green plants for food.' And so it happened." We are the leaders of this world. We rule over all that is, other than He who gave us the power. No thing, no creature, no being, no event; nothing, can make something better than itself. All that is is incapable of creating something with more knowledge than the creator has himself. The only One that Who even has the possibility of being more knowledgeable than us would be God Himself.

A few words of wisdom...
I don’t hold grudges. People ask my why I apologize for things that aren’t my fault, or why I forgive those who “don’t deserve to be forgiven”. Should I be without any friends because no one lives up to my standards? Or should it be because no one is as great and perfect as I?
Holding grudges is all a matter of ego. To hold a grudge is to think that you are better in some way than the person the grudge is against. Yes, in that particular matter, you might’ve done something better than them; you might’ve even taken the fall for something they did. But honestly, everyone has done something to warrant another person being upset with them. Anyone in their right mind wouldn’t like someone ignoring them or bringing up a past mistake of their’s, and anyone would prefer for it not to be done to them, but then they go and do it to someone else. People are hypocrites. I don’t want to be one of those hypocrites, so I don’t hold grudges, no matter what happened to upset me. I’d rather have imperfect friends than none at all.
